Catholic Mass Bangers Vintage Tracklist T-Shirt

Sunday’s Greatest Hits

Every parish has its standards, the hymns half the congregation sings from memory. This shirt treats them like a classic album: bold orange lettering with a gold cross and sunburst on the front, and a numbered tracklist on the back.

Several of the songs come from the same era as the lettering. Michael Joncas wrote On Eagle’s Wings in 1979 and Dan Schutte’s Here I Am, Lord followed in 1981, while Be Not Afraid and One Bread, One Body came from the St. Louis Jesuits songwriters in the 1970s. Holy God, We Praise Thy Name and Salve Regina reach back centuries, which is part of the joke: a setlist that spans the whole history of the Church.

The Tracklist

The back lists 01 On Eagle’s Wings, 02 Here I Am, Lord, 03 Be Not Afraid, 04 One Bread, One Body, 05 We Walk by Faith, 06 How Great Thou Art, 07 Holy God, We Praise Thy Name, 08 Shepherd Me, O God, 09 Ave Maria and 10 Salve Regina, in red, green and black type with gold rules between them and a small cross underneath.

The shirt is a light, silky polyester knit with the design dye-sublimated into the fabric. It has a straight regular cut, a crew neck, short sleeves and no tag at the collar.

Expect up to 1–3 cm of difference from hand measuring and sewing.

Where It Fits

It works at a parish picnic, a youth group trip, a choir social or a family gathering where someone always starts humming the entrance hymn. Machine wash on cold, line dry, avoid chlorine bleach and press on the reverse with a cool iron.
