Sydney Roosters 2026 NRL Grand Final Champions Polo

One Club, One Family

The back of the Sydney Roosters 2026 NRL Grand Final Champions Polo carries a short phrase that explains why a premiership matters so much: “One Club, One Family”. A title is won by the players on the field, but it is shared by the members, the families who pass the colours down, and the supporters who never missed a round.

That idea gives this polo its purpose. It is a way of saying you were part of the season, whether you were at the ground on grand final night or watching with friends on the other side of the country.

The Night the Roosters Won by One Point

Newcastle pushed the Roosters all the way in the 2026 decider, played at Accor Stadium on Sunday 4 October. A single point split the teams at full time, 19–18, with a Daly Cherry-Evans field goal making the difference, and fullback James Tedesco was named the Clive Churchill Medallist.

One-point grand finals are remembered for a long time. The tension of the closing minutes, the kick, and the moment the full-time siren confirmed the result are exactly the memories a championship shirt is meant to keep.

A Club With Deep Roots

The Roosters began life in 1908 as Eastern Suburbs, one of the foundation clubs of rugby league in Sydney. Generations of supporters have followed the red, white and blue since then, and many of them first wore the colours because a parent or grandparent did.

A premiership year connects all of those people. For an older fan it can sit alongside earlier titles; for a younger one it may be the first championship they will remember. This polo gives both a shared reference point.

Why a Polo Instead of a Jersey

A collared polo lets you keep the celebration going in places where a full jersey would feel out of place. It works at a club function, a casual office day or a family lunch, while the “Champions” artwork still makes your allegiance obvious.

The front shows the 2026 NRL Grand Final lettering with the Roosters crest, and the back carries the trophy, the year and the club motto. Navy fabric with red and white collar and sleeve stripes keeps the look tidy rather than loud.

Fabric and Fit

• Lightweight polyester with a soft, slightly stretchy feel.
• Moisture-wicking fabric that helps you stay cool on warm days.
• Flat knit collar and short sleeves.
• Dye-sublimation printing for the championship artwork.
• Sizes S to 5XL; allow 1–3 cm for manual measuring.

Care

Wash on a cold cycle and let it hang to dry. If bleach is ever needed, choose a non-chlorine type, and iron cool on the inside of the garment or have it dry cleaned.

Questions From Roosters Fans

Which grand final does this polo celebrate?

It celebrates the Roosters’ one-point win over the Newcastle Knights in the 2026 NRL Grand Final.

Is it suitable for warm weather?

Yes. The lightweight polyester wicks moisture and dries quickly, which makes it comfortable for spring and summer games, barbecues and outdoor viewing.

How do I choose the right size?

Compare a polo you already like with the size you plan to order, and allow 1–3 cm for manual measuring. If you are between sizes, the larger one gives more room for layering.
