Sport Club Corinthians Paulista 116th Anniversary Polo Jersey

The Sport Club Corinthians Paulista 116th Anniversary Polo Jersey is a football shirt with a black polo collar, black piping running down the front and sleeves, and a beige body covered in a subtle tone-on-tone ornamental pattern. The Corinthians crest sits in the centre of the chest and a small 116 badge marks the lower front. On the back, a large name and number panel is ready for your own personalisation.

116 Years of Timão

Corinthians was founded on September 1, 1910, by a group of railway and factory workers in São Paulo’s Bom Retiro district. They named the club after Corinthian FC, the famous English amateur side that toured Brazil that same year. From those working-class roots grew one of the biggest fan bases in the world, the Fiel Torcida, known for following Timão everywhere and never staying quiet.

The club has given that crowd plenty to sing about, including FIFA Club World titles in 2000 and 2012 and a stadium of its own in Itaquera, which opened in 2014 and hosted the World Cup opening match that year. An anniversary shirt is a way to carry that history, from a neighbourhood kickabout to world champions, in a design that feels more like a keepsake than a match kit.

Choosing Your Name and Number

Enter your surname, a family name or a favourite idol’s name, and pick a number that means something to you, perhaps a birthday or the shirt number of a favourite idol. Check the spelling before ordering, since each shirt is printed exactly as entered. Wash it inside out in cold water and hang it to dry to keep the print sharp.
