SpongeBob SquarePants x Burger King 2026 Christmas Advent Calendar

SpongeBob SquarePants x Burger King 2026 Christmas Advent Calendar turns Bikini Bottom into a winter high street: the pineapple house wears a wreath, a Burger King restaurant glows behind a tall sign, and SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward and Mr. Krabs gather in Santa hats with burgers, drinks and a takeaway bag. A wooden sign reads 2026 Advent Calendar, and the 24 doors on the back come in yellow, pink, blue, green, red and purple.

When the Krabby Patty Met the Whopper

The pairing is less unlikely than it sounds. On December 2, 2025, Burger King launched a SpongeBob menu at participating U.S. restaurants for The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, which reached theaters on December 19. Its centrepiece was the Krabby Whopper, a flame-grilled patty with cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion on a square yellow bun, served alongside Mr. Krabs’ coin-shaped tots and a frozen pineapple float.

Both kitchens have long burger histories. Burger King began in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1953 and introduced the Whopper in 1957, while the Krabby Patty has been Bikini Bottom’s most guarded recipe since SpongeBob first flipped one on Nickelodeon in 1999. Plankton has spent the whole series trying to steal it, and he turns up in this set too, reindeer antlers and all.

What the Collection Celebrates

• Bikini Bottom regulars: SpongeBob, Patrick, Squidward, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Gary and Plankton, most in Santa hats or holiday sweaters.
• Royal touches: SpongeBob in a Burger King crown and robe, Patrick dressed as a Christmas tree and Squidward in a reindeer onesie.
• Menu and town pieces: a burger, fries, a drink cup, a gold crown, a restaurant, a snow globe, the bus stop, the pineapple house and a burger-shaped sleigh.

We photographed the collection as one group so you can see every piece; the doors keep their own order.
