Pittsburgh Steelers Grateful Dead Collaboration Hoodie 2026

The Pittsburgh Steelers Grateful Dead Collaboration Hoodie 2026 is a black pullover with a faint smoky marbling across the fabric. On the front, “Steelers” is spelled in blue and violet tie-dye letters, with a dancing bear and a dancing skeleton tucked into the word, and the band’s lightning bolt underneath. One sleeve carries a Steal Your Face patch with the Steelers logo in the dome, the other an NFL shield. The back is the showpiece: “Grateful Dead” arched in tie-dye lettering, the Steelers logo set inside a large Steal Your Face skull, and five dancing bears in blue, green, yellow, orange and pink marching underneath.

The Dead at Three Rivers

Three Rivers Stadium was the Steelers’ home from 1970 to 2000, the field of the Steel Curtain era. It was also a regular summer stop for the Grateful Dead, who played there in 1987, 1990 and 1995. The July 8, 1990 show was recorded and filmed, then released in 2000 as the first View from the Vault, and the June 30, 1995 concert came on the band’s final summer tour.

That shared stadium makes the pairing more than a mash-up: the team and the band filled the same seats on the North Side, years apart and sometimes in the same summer. On the back, the steelmark takes the place of the Stealie’s lightning bolt, and the bears keep dancing underneath.
