A World Of Cheers Mixed Drinks Advent Calendar 2026

A Drinks Cabinet That Arrives One Drawer at a Time

The A World Of Cheers Mixed Drinks Advent Calendar 2026 is a leather-look case with twenty-four small drawers, each with its own illustrated front and number. Behind them sit miniature bottles from brands most people can name without reading the label.

The spread is the point. Tennessee whiskey and Kentucky-style spiced rum, cognac from France, tequila and blanco from Mexico, Italian aperitivo, Irish cream and Irish stout, Dutch and Belgian lager, champagne, prosecco-style sparkling, Caribbean coconut rum, German herbal liqueur, Canadian whisky and an energy drink at the end. It reads like a tour rather than a list.

Why a Spirits Countdown Works Differently

Most advent calendars give you twenty-four versions of the same thing. This one gives you twenty-four categories, which changes what the month feels like. One day is a sipping spirit, the next is something you would only ever mix, the one after is a beer you would order without thinking.

That variety suits the way people actually drink. Very few households keep one bottle; they keep a shelf, and the shelf gets built slowly, usually because somebody tried something at a bar and remembered it. A calendar like this compresses that process into a few weeks.

It also makes the format genuinely useful rather than decorative. A miniature is enough to taste, enough to mix one drink, and small enough that trying something you turn out to dislike costs nothing. People who are curious about spirits but unwilling to buy a full bottle on a guess get the whole month to experiment.

The Case Is Built to Stay Out

The outer case is finished to look like a vintage travel trunk: dark brown with gold corner mounts, a compass rose, a globe, a passport stamp and small line drawings of the Colosseum and other landmarks. The drawers are set in a grid of four rows, each front carrying its own icon.

That matters because this is not a box you open and recycle. The drawers pull out and push back, so the case works as a display piece through December and as storage afterwards. Several people keep them for small bottles, bar tools or the kind of items that otherwise end up loose in a cupboard.

It gives the calendar a second life that a sealed cardboard front does not. The theme is travel, and the object is built like luggage, which is a tidier piece of design than most seasonal packaging manages.

Who It Suits

This is an adults-only purchase, and worth saying plainly: the box carries a 21+ mark, and delivery of alcohol is subject to whatever rules apply where the order is going. Check that before ordering it as a surprise.

A Gift for the Person Who Asks What You Are Drinking

There is a particular kind of guest who picks up the bottle to read the label, asks where something is from and remembers the answer. This is their calendar. It gives them twenty-four small introductions and a reason to talk about each one.

It also works for a couple or a household who want a shared December ritual that is not chocolate. Open one in the evening, decide whether it goes in a glass now or waits for the weekend, and let the collection build on the counter.

Everything is pictured together so you can judge the range before buying. Treat that as a stock list rather than a timetable: which drawer holds what is decided by the numbers on the front, not by where a bottle sits in the photo.

Questions Before You Order

Does it really contain alcohol?

Yes. The miniatures are spirits, liqueurs, beer and sparkling wine, with one energy drink in the set. The packaging carries a 21+ mark.

Can the drawers be closed again?

Yes. They pull out and push back, which is why the case works as storage once the countdown is over.

Which bottle is behind which drawer?

That follows the numbering on the fronts. The photo is a stock list, not a schedule.

What should I check before sending it as a gift?

Confirm that alcohol can be delivered to the recipient’s address and that someone of legal age will be there to receive it.

The rest of the countdown range sits in the full collection.
